Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator
Fathom Fish & Seafood is looking for a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to keep our supply chain running smoothly — issuing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and managing inventory across our locations. It's a hands-on role for someone organized, detail-driven, and energized by a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & duties
- Prepare, issue, and track all purchase orders
- Communicate directly with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Plan and execute all logistics requirements to move purchases into various inventory locations
- Create, maintain, and reconcile inventory records
- Act as a point of contact for routine supplier inquiries
- Assist in maintaining the supplier database (contact info, product lines, performance data)
- Administer the supplier approval program
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment to suppliers
- Ensure all procurement documentation complies with internal policies and audit requirements

Compensation & benefits
- Salary range of $70k+
