Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator

The Job:

• Prepare, issue, and track all purchase orders
• Communicate directly with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules
• Plan and execute all logistics requirements to move purchases into various inventory locations
• Creation, maintenance and reconciliation of inventory records
• Act as a point of contact for routine supplier inquiries
• Assist in maintaining the supplier database (contact info, product lines, performance data)
• Administration of the supplier approval program
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment to suppliers
• Ensuring all procurement documentation complies with internal policies and audit requirements
